Our client is a major American organisation that has grown considerably and won some prestigious entrepreneur awards. It is now nearing achievement on one billion dollars sales. It leads in supporting clients with digital marketing, focusing on the long-term success of those clients. Delivery of results rather than just short-term sales is of utmost importance.
The whole structure of the company is geared to long term success, and indeed they are very good at holding on to their customers. This means that the company makes substantial profits from repeat orders and is therefore a very solid company to work for.
Many of its competitors produce sales but fail to deliver to expectations and continually lose customers.
In addition to high retention rates of their customers they pride themselves in holding on to staff too.
The company is based in Moorgate and has a number of Account Executives whose job it is to nurture Prospects and move them along to sales of the companies products.
Your job would be to contact Prospects and get them excited about the services offered, with the goal of setting up an appointment for an Account Executive to then nurture and sell to them over the coming weeks.
The job requires you to be in the Moorgate office for a minimum of 2 days per week (ideally more) and the rest of the week would be working from home.
All contacts with Prospects are measured in their CRM system, and the company constantly review the KPIs (Key Performance indicators) such as number of phone calls made per week, number of Linked In requests made etc..
They are offering a Salary of £22-25k (depending on Experience) + 1% Commission on Deals that the Account Executives make resulting from the appointments you make,

We are now looking for a committed relationship builder with experience in sales/ customer service. It is important that you like to work result-oriented and any type of sales experience/ telemarketing/appointment setting is useful, but most important is your drive and your personality.
Are you someone who:

Has some experience in sales with documented successful results in a B2B environment, but willing to look at those wishing to get into sales with an energetic personality?

Is able to express themselves clearly and fluently in both speech and writing in English – or if looking to book appointments in other countries then must be fluent (native tongue) in one of:Arabic (UAE/Saudi type), German, French, Polish, Dutch?

Has a will and competitive instinct beyond the ordinary?

Is able to work towards clearly set goals?

Has a humble approach and a willingness to learn from both customers and colleagues?

Is able to understand the customer's needs and be efficient in your conversations and meetings?
