Sales Investment Broker – Collectables Investment 

Our client has been established in their market for over a decade and holds the enviable recognition for personal expertsie in the investment world. We have been their exclusive recruiter since then and have placed people there through our process who are now very successful and wealthy. For our client we are looking to build a money hungry team of confident and energetic individuals who are either looking to build a career in sales or are already experienced sales professionals. You can start as Opener or Closer accordingly depending on experience. In both cases full training on the products, investment and sales will be given initially and ongoing.
 

Investment brokerage is the highest earning area of sales and can make millionaires out of people. We look for natural sales ability and a raw talent that only certain individuals possess,. Whether you have 20 years sales experience or none at all we treat everyone the same and give everyone the chance to be a success in sales. You could be straight out of school and have never worked before - but if you have the right attitude, energy, and discipline then we can make you a success in sales. If you are already experienced in sales we can train you quickly in investment sales and fast track your earnings. It is unlikely that you will have worked for an industry that pays sales people as much as ours.
 

Based from the company’s plush offices in South East London, we are looking to bring on board a whole team of dynamic new sales people to join our expanding business. If you have ever wanted to be a high earning sales person whether it be as a stock, commodity, or investment broker or if you just have that burning desire to listen, learn and use your skills to improve your career then we can make it happen.
 

The products you will be currently involved in selling are post war contemporary art.  This is where the smart money is going right now. You will be thoroughly trained on the product and market and we are not looking for knowldge of this. Collectables are a lucrative market, far more so than stocks and shares, or property as of late. Investors have seen their money grow year on year with this award-winning investment.  Do you want a chunk of this cash? Your role will be to join us in this sales department and make yourself a seriously high income through sales of these products.
 

You will:

• Be money hungry.

• Be making over 100 sales calls every day.

• Be trained to open and close very large accounts with very high net worth clients, with many investments exceeding 6 figures and a number of others breaking the highly respected £1 million benchmark.

• Be talking to financially experienced High Net Worth Investors.

• Be advising investors what they should be doing with their money and having the confidence and credibility to back it up.

• Be able to listen as well as speak persuasively.

• Be expected to maintain discipline in the face of setbacks.

• Be earning massive, uncapped sales commissions and bonus incentives rewarding those that are prepared to work hard in order to earn a seriously high income.

• Have the potential to be earning £5,000 a month, after 90 days and to exceed £10,000 per month soon after. Faster for experienced sales professionals.

Please note we are looking for people moer intersted in invesment and wealth creation than knowledgeable about Collectables or other investment products.  Successful people in investment brokerage and their customers are interested mostly in making money and financial principles. Collectables are what they see at the moment as a good and safe return providing a hedge against inflation.
 

For an Opener after training you will earn between £2-5,000 per month. As a Closer you will earn betwen £10-20,000 per month.   Many Openers do not progress to Closer. Those who do usually take between 3 to 6 months to achieve this.  For an Opener minimum income is expected to be at least the following in the first quarter, where the learning and experience is being developed - 1st Month £1500+. 2nd Month £2000+. 3rd Month £3000+. Experienced sales professionals get to earn £10,000+ a month within the first quarter. We pay a basic salary, plus seriously high uncapped sales commissions designed to reward those sales people that are willing to put in the hard work in order to receive high rewards! As an Opener you qualify the custoemer and develop interest in our products. You then pass the lead to a more experinced closer.  You will recive 5% commission on everything they close. This means you receive lucrative sales commission without having to close a deal.  Closers of course who also receive a basic salary have a commission scale from 10-15% which is why their income can be quite substantial.  So, if your focus is on the basic salary instead of the potential earnings, then we are not for you. Make no mistake, if your performance is average you may only earn £45,000 in your first year, but if you are someone who understands high rewards come from hard work then you will be looking at earning a lot more. You should in all cases look at your first month as training, learning and hard work to gain experience in the market and speaking to investors.  You will learn more about investment, especially of art and colectables, selling and general business on an ongoing basis.
