This section is updated with current roles we are recruiting for. They will all be self-employed remote positions selling the goods and services for clients.
They are all what we call Sponsored Sales Franchises. This means that you own your own business but have nothing to pay as we fully sponsor it.
You must be wanting to work independently and remote. This means that you have a Digital Nomad contract and are free to relocate to all the countries (now over 50) that offer easy visa access to live and work from their country.
 
You must also be desirous and capable of working remotely. This means taking initiatives and practicing self-discipline.  There will be less structure than say in an office-based employee situation. You will receive both training  and coaching to help you succeed. 
Ideal candidates for a remote sales position possess a unique combination of qualities and skills that enable them to excel in this setting. You need to be self-disciplined, able to stay focused and productive without constant supervision. Strong communication skills allow you to effectively engage with prospects, build relationships, and close deals.
 
Being results-driven, you will be highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets that you yourself set. This drive needs to be fuelled by self-motivation, pushing yourself to continually improve and grow your business.
You need to be organised to keep track of leads, build and manage your pipeline effectively, and meet deadlines. You must be adaptable in the face of challenges and changing circumstances, able to adjust your approach to achieve desired outcomes. Your time-management skills allow you to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and stay focused on sales. You must leverage various AI tools and platforms to leverage your efforts and results. Importantly, you have the ability to work independently, taking responsibility in a remote environment.
