When you join, you enter our Associate Qualification Phase—a structured fast‑track designed to build your skills, test your consistency, and ensure this opportunity is the right long‑term fit for both sides.
This phase typically lasts one to three months, depending entirely on your work rate, consistency, and training attendance.
You earn performance points each day for:
•     Attending trainings
•     Making calls
•     Sending messages
•     Booking meetings
•     Completing daily actions

Once you reach 1,000 points, you are promoted to Full Associate. At that stage, you gain access to our automated funded cold email systems, advanced tools, and wider support mechanisms.
