Success Moves – Network Partner (Our term for our Independent Senior Sales Executives)

Opportunity: High and residual income part or full time, hours/days/location of own choosing.

The full remuneration and job description detail will be presented on the Interview Process Day. Senior executives will be looking for an opportunity to own their own business without any set up costs or investment.  Yet gaining the chance for a quick, high and passive long term income and an reliable asset.

You will be building your own business under our umbrella marketing unique and in demand lucrative services through a tried and tested system.

We seek experienced business executives comfortable at director level.  They now want to be independent, work on their own terms, and have the lion’s share of the profit they bring in.

As an Network Partner, you will have all the advantages of your own business without any of the costs, risks and administration. Compared to someone in the recruitment industry for equal performance you will earn more than double.  We do not pay out for non-producers or carry unnecessary fixed costs, we pay those savings to our partners. Your location can be anywhere. You can have a constantly moving around the world lifestyle if you wish.  You can relocate and keep your employment and further increase your living standard by earning UK rates by say living in Spain with less than half the cost of living.

You will want to earn fast and as nearly everything we do takes a deposit, that will happen to those who take action.  But make no mistake you are building from scratch.  It will take time to build up momentum.  Your focus though will be on building a passive repeat income for the long term.  A business that is ultimately not dependent on your input.

All Partners are on the same remuneration contract. We are modelled on a professional practice of say accountants or lawyers.  Everyone is a partner in their own business under the overall corporate umbrella.  You will want to be free to choose the hours you work. You will have a wealth of experience, contacts, high goals and most importantly self-discipline and confidence.  If you need a boss to direct you and basic to feel secure you are not for us.

Our key products in recruitment are unique. G.R.I.P Interview Process Days, Sales Partnership Contracts. We go out of our way to innovate and create new products that match current market needs and mean that we have no competition.  Makes selling much easier.

On joining we will help you build your own portfolio.  We have a system utilising LinkedIn that works. Messaging, networking and managing niche groups with our proven methods.  We will also provide initial leads and publish paid for advertisements.  There are thousands of LinkedIn Director level people asking for help recruiting or posting recruitment frustrations every day.  We assist you to build your own group and build an automated lead process.  You will be focused on opening and closing deals.  We are targeting a certain profile of client that will give us all their business and repeat order every month providing a passive income once set up.  You will find that most prospects close themselves on visiting our website and other online information.

Initially you will be trained and supported including closing visits for your account.

Our success profile is

  1. At least 10 years of business experience in: a) Senior level sales. b) A recruitment industry/ human relations background. c) A sector to which you will be recruiting.*
  2. Clear financial goals in terms of income and residual.
  3. Self-disciplined and focused to work under your own supervision

We are particularly looking for people with experience, knowledge backgrounds in: IT and Digital, Technology, Marketing, Renewable Energy, Property, Travel and Tourism, Financial Services, Accountancy.  You can focus on business development and account management with the option of later being trained on the recruitment itself.  Or leave the actual recruitment to those who specialise in it.

Remuneration Fees  This is a very lucrative opportunity. You repeatedly earn on every client you close business with. Total fees paid out on each deal are between 60-80% of each receipt you have worked on. The balance funds the company, job boards, websites, marketing, IT, administration, accounting, legal, head office functions etc.

There are percentage fee shares for marketing (opening), closing deals, ongoing account management, recruitment and management of others.

You own the fee rights of the clients you bring in and service, under a secure contract. You have nothing to pay to centre ever.  All company services are taken out of the margin to the company.

You are expected to provide your own PC/laptop/mobile.

Business Development Fees:

10% For first 12 months. Openers of New Business
This will largely be networking and following up hot leads on LinkedIn, according to our success formula. Continues to be paid if Network Partner still productive.

10% For first 12 months. Closers of New Business
Defined as securing the first payment from a deposit. Continues to be paid if Network Partner still productive.

10% Account Management on Ongoing Clients

Recruiter Fees:

25% Network Partner
Starting point.  Senior Partner when

  1. a) SMC LinkedIn profile with 2000 niche connections. And
  2. b) £5000 of business in one month placed.

Or £15,000 cumulatively. (Share Marketer/Recruiter if split) Or

  1. c) 5 GRIP placements

30% Senior Partner
Can recruit and mentor Network Partners (see below).

Regional Partner when:

  1. a) £10,000 in one month. Or
  2. b) £50,000 cumulatively. Or
  3. c) 10 GRIP placements

35% Regional Partner
Country Partner when:

  1. a)  £75000 cumulatively. Or
  2. c)  20 GRIP placements

45% Country Partner

5% Recruiting and Mentoring a new Network Partner
We are a retained professional consultancy. This means we take a deposit from a recruiting customer, before we start work that have ranged from £250 to £4750.  The most common deposit is £2000, which means £600 pay to you.

For those who work hard full time and follow the system, you should target reaching a five figure income per month in your first year.  The figures are also distorted because of the spread of GRIP sales.  You must consider the first three months as a getting established period and building w.i.p. for subsequent months.

These earnings are all on a self-employed basis, therefore please bear in mind:

  • These earnings are not subject to PAYE tax, and any related expenses are tax deductible meaning you keep more of what you earn.
  • On our self-employed model, you OWN an income producing asset.

Self-Employed Status We want people that think and behave like entrepreneurs and business owners.  We believe if that you participate in building the business you are entitled to a piece of it. As such we have structured the business to cater for experienced executives who might be in any location, or want to work in different ways. As self-employed you will be able to claim all of your business expenses against tax meaning you keep more of what you earn.  You can add Success Moves to a current business.

FAQ
What Marketing Support do you offer?
We have an onboarding system on a membership only  website that we take you through to generate hot leads quickly. Hot leads are defined as companies that are recruiting, have a budget and you have full contact details.

Is there a lower commission fee rate for company provided leads?
Maybe.  Once you have performed to minimum standards this is free.

When do I get paid?
When the customer pays us.  All of our deals require an initial payment before work is started.  Your real objective is to build up regular automatic incomes from multiple people in multiple companies.   In the first six months we will pay you your consultancy fees within 24 hours of receipt of funds and your invoice.

Is there training in place?
You will be trained initially on the product and recruitment on an ongoing basis at our expense.

Is there a contract?
Yes a self-employed contract with full details of the fees etc.

Can I work from home location?
Yes, or anywhere else you choose.  We occasionally visit clients and run assessment days. This can be delegated if need be to one of the other Network Partners.  We are developing an UK and international network to cover major region presence.

Why is there not a Franchise/License Fee?
We do not need to raise finance in order to expand.  Your buy in of knowledge, skills, contacts is far more valuable to our business.  We also only offer it to executives with considerable experience and ambition.

Do I have IT Support?
Yes. We have an IT Manager who will support you, organise CRM, including regular marketing to your contacts for you.
