A list of prospective independent car rental operations with owner names and numbers will be provided. UK is first market, and we are looking at several overseas locations. The offer is a significant one to these operations allowing them to be leading edge without capital investment of their own.

Remuneration:
1. Fast Track Bonus
In month 1 there will be a £1,000 payment on achieving 5 appointments within month 1. It is realistic this could be earned in week.
- Signing Bonus
On each sign up of a new customer there is an immediate £1,000 paid. This allows you a secure monthly income. You should at an absolute minimum sign up 2 new customers. High performers will average significantly more than this. - Commission Fees
25% of our net margin from each customer you sign up will be paid for the first six months on a monthly basis in arrears. - Residual Commission Fees
15% per month of company net margin from signed customers will be paid for the following six months, then 10% per month for the six months after that. - Residual Fee Asset.
The future income earned now has a present-day value. In the event of termination for whatever reason you will continue to receive these residual commissions until expired. They all last for 18 months from inception. They also can by mutual agreement be sold to the company with a net present value.
Clearly the residual commission means that you can build a portfolio where you have a secure income for the following 18 months. For this reason and to appreciate the very high value of this it is envisaged that we will be recruiting those with more of an entrepreneur than an employee mindset.
This means that by the end of year 2 you should already have a higher income in year 2 than year 1 before you do anything.
We expect you to open 10 new accounts per quarter. This in essence would give you a regular income of £3,000+ per month. Then the commission and the residual commission adds to that. The nature of the business means that the income stream builds long term and we are specifically looking for someone who takes action short term but thinks strategically. We also wanted to structure it so that the Sales Executive receives a fair and generous remuneration for their efforts. The residual commissions are paid to you even if you leave the company. It means that in year two your income will be significantly higher than in year one. The drawings are what you are paid. The Accruals Asset is your future, already-earnt income.
