is a fast-growing Swedish SaaS company, that is venture capital backed. It urgently seeks three Sales Representatives for a new UK launch. The office in the city of London is plush and will be the base for the UK and international operations. The company has grown in sales, month by month, and all sectors of the UK market will be open to the new sales team. With current offices in Stockholm and Oslo employing 30 people we are looking for similar growth this year in the UK market. Career development will be accelerated for the right people. In the first 3 months there will be a salary review and one of the new incumbents will be promoted to Team Leader. It is envisaged the other Sales Representatives will be promoted to Senior Sales.

This is a young dynamic marketing software company founded and led by an energetic CEO who has had a meteoric career and only just turned 30. This will be an office-based position primarily selling on the telephone in what will be a fast-moving energetic and energy filled atmosphere. As we are moving fast promotions will happen quickly. We are looking to fast track the very ambitious. Those that excel can expect a basic salary of £35,000 after the three-month induction and triple that with commission.  One of the three that starts at the launch, will be made Team Leader. The targets will be set based upon what has already been achieved by sales people in Sweden. The UK market is far bigger and has much more potential. He or she that is made Team Leader will also enjoy an override on the team with a budget to recruit. You will also be paid a front-loaded commission which should at least double your basic salary even in the first quarter. On top of that are other incentives. Then the real stars will progress into six figure incomes.

Knowledge and experience in selling marketing software or IT related products will be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be given. The emphasis is on understanding needs of prospective customers who will often not be technical and want the service explained in plain English. This is a sophisticated product you will be selling, that has a long list of excellent substantial returns for its customers.

There are clear markets for Sales Representatives to target the companies SaaS products. It is a marketing product explained on the website, and a customer would need to have a budget of at least £1,000 per month to be a prospect. There is an abundance of current client testimonials saying how well this system has delivered for them. Any company of 25 employees up, that needs more customers would benefit. You will be focused on sectors that we know have money to spend on marketing and are determined to grow their business. There will be admin and marketing support which will be explained at interview.

We are running an open day for suitable candidates on Saturday 5 March Sofitel Gatwick Airport at 11am to 4pm. The CEO is flying in for that day and there is no ability to arrange meetings any other day. You should ideally be prepared to start work immediately after the interview. The day will start with a presentation on the company and an open questions session. Then there will be interviews etc and all applicants will be given the decision on the day.
