On starting we would like you to choose a sector niche that you will focus on. We will look at two things to help you decide. Firstly, the market potential for profit and your interested inclination and experience.
We already have clients on board in some areas for immediate action.
We need Remote Self-Employed Graduate Sales who are:
- Entrepreneurial by nature. We will want to see some evidence of this. Perhaps a side or online business.
- Natural salesperson. We will train you, but you need to naturally like talking and meeting new people.
- Commercially astute. Think like a businessperson and not an employee.
- Self-confident and disciplined. As you will largely be working on your own.
- Very ambitious to earn high income and build a business asset for wealth.
- Long term strategist who has the stamina to get through the first tough induction period.
- Fast moving, with a real sense of urgency. Recruitment success goes to those who move the quickest.
- Assertive, ability to be tenacious and to know when the right time is to act.
- Competitive, determined to win.
- Creative. A natural inclination to challenge the way things are done and always look to improve effectiveness, leverage, and profits.
- The sort of person that would make a 5-year goal list. Then ask themselves the question. How can I achieve this in 6 months?
- Confident to sell on the telephone and use social media.
- Consultative and have an entrepreneurial understanding of how businesses can better operate.
- Motivated to build a business and sales career.
Successful applicants will receive formal training every Monday morning and 121 coaching and mentoring on an ad hoc basis at least once a week. This will include assistance in gaining initial appointments and coaching you through learning, developing, and progressing. In each area we offer unique products. We always believe that monopoly is better than competition as it keeps sales, prices, and profits higher. So, we only sell when we can offer something that is in demand that no one else offers.
There are three stages to your development. All these stages would take 2 to 3 years in a ‘traditional’ company. We are looking for people who can be fast tracked and make these achievements in 2 to 3 months.
Stage 1: Foundation: Induction, Training and Achievement focus.
This stage is tough and targeted to be completed within 3 months. Learning will be intense at this stage as you will be learning, sales, business, recruitment all at the same time under pressure. We need to get you into shape to take pressure in terms of workload, and get used to an environment where only results and achievements count. We need you to transform the way you think. We heavily encourage personal development and regularly watching and reading of leading experts to programme you for success. We need you to transform your thinking from trying to improve something by 10% to what Grant Cardone calls 10X. Ten times it, not 10%. This is means we will train you to constantly ask yourself questions to leverage your efforts. Principally your work will be as a Creator. Creating opportunities which are new clients or candidates.
Everything you open you will receive 10% commission fee on first contract that transpires from work you initiated for 6 months. This applies to both candidates and clients.
You will be paid a Bonus as you build up your pipeline as follows.
- £100 to source a candidate that is client interviewed.
- £100 to source a qualified client meeting.
None of the above requires a positive result from interview or other meeting.
In Stage 1 you are paid the bonus with the first Sourcer Fee. Stage 2 this is paid at each month end. In Stage 3 the bonus scheme stops as you would be a recruiter managing your own clients and receive 50% of all income as full partner with your own portfolio.
By stage 3 you own the contract rights to each customer you sign up, and therefore the fee income for the lifetime of that client giving you a residual passive income. These earnings are not subject to PAYE tax, and any related expenses are tax deductible meaning you keep more of what you earn. At any stage, to be clear you have nothing to pay. You in fact will have two elements to your pay.

You will note from these figures that it is a hard start but there is a cumulative effect as commission and orders repeat themselves. Hence this is for someone thinking long term and prepared to put in the work to build themselves a strong portfolio of clients. From 6 months for an above average performer there is no need to bring in new clients, just service the existing ones.
