Due to current expansion and growth of the business they are looking to recruit a new team of Sales & Account Managers to be based in their dynamic office. The services you will be involved in selling are sponsorship packages and a portfolio of B2B events to prospective clients. These will include some of the world’s top 100 technology companies, consultancies and niche SME’s. The role will involve:

  • Lead sourcing and sales calls to prospective clients
  • Manage clients through the process, highlighting the best package for their requirements
  • After obtaining a client, managing that client effectively; maximising yearly spend and introducing them to the other services in the portfolio
  • Attending corporate events 5-10 times a year working within the team
  • Salary + uncapped bonus structure and career opportunities to realistically earn more than £50k in first year, the highest earning team member last year earned over £100k
  • Be part of a team of hard working and dynamic Sales & Account Managers
  • A structured training plan to progress with promotions and pay rises to lead sales teams

FAQs:

Is there a basic as well as commission?
Yes, there is a basic of at least 20k, depending on experience,  plus uncapped commission.  Most experienced sales people in the company earn upwards of £5,000 per month.  You should earn over £50,000 in your first year.

Is there commission from day one?
Yes, you will be paid seriously high uncapped sales commissions designed to reward those sales people that are willing to put in the hard work.  If your performance is average, you may only earn 35k in your first year however if you are prepared to put in the hard work than you will be looking to earn 5k+ a month.

Is there Induction training?
Yes, you will receive the benefit of daily intensive and on-going training to develop your skills and progress through the company.

Is there ongoing training?
Yes, on-going training will be in place whether you are experienced in this sector or are new to the industry.

 What Qualifications do I need?
As an absolute minimum, you should have five GCSEs certainly with English and Mathematics.

What experience do I need?
As a Trainee position full training will be given and previous sales experience is valuable but not necessary.  Sales /telesales/customer service experience is an advantage.

What do I need to bring to the interview?
One form of identity, such as a passport or driving license and a paper copy of your CV.  You also need to bring the contact details of two referees – one business, one personal. The former will be checked on the day the latter following an offer.
