Our client, WinPure.com launched in 2003, and has grown to become a UK-based world-leading provider of data cleansing and matching solutions with over 5,000 customers in 50 countries. Customers include government agencies, schools and hospitals, and FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Yahoo, McAfee, Bank of America and Emirates.
This is a very lucrative sector. These software tools for handling data are essential for most organisations. There is a rising demand for easier and more time-effective data cleansing and data management. Modern employees and businesses, now more than ever, are in need of an easier way of managing and standardising their data to use throughout their business. The software is easy-to-use for business users by design, making it highly effective.
WinPure is seeking to hire ambitious, remote working, self-employed sales executives to sell to target sectors able to benefit from this data matching and cleansing software. Candidates able to use their expertise to create opportunities will earn high immediate, and passive sales commission based on the repeating revenue of the software subscriptions they sell.
Target earnings in Year 1 are ~£61,000 to £117,000 with additional passive income set up for Years 2 and 3. This is paid for renewal of customer’s annual contracts. And most customers renew.
What you’ll do
You are going to help us realise our vision of expansion in the UK by selling our proven software solutions. These include our data matching and cleansing software and our Master Data Management solutions — a huge growth area according to Gartner.
Consult with C-level executives to develop and help implement an effective strategy that maximises the value delivered by WinPure solutions
Create Target List of prospects with assistance from WinPure management, and pursue with persistent omni-channel approach
Demonstrate WinPure software to prospects
Coordinate project plan to ensure successful engagement and closure of more complex sales
Maintain HubSpot CRM records with prospects, status, notes and opportunities
Manage customers to foster customer satisfaction, expansion and annual renewal
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone and during video conferencing. Previous experience in sales for tech, software or SaaS culture would be an advantage. Any organisation with 50+ staff is a potential prospect.

Your first task is to pick a sector on which to focus. This should be an interest or area in which you are experienced. Then match that to a clear market opportunity. You will then need to update your Linkedin profile. This means that as you make connections and send messages etc, you will build up a niche following and those that come to you from keyword search or prospecting will find you easily and see that you specialise in their sector. Simple Linkedin search will give you all the key decision makers you need to contact and you can get the contact details from various sources. This is the essential foundation and main source for lead generation. The market demand, the niches and the ease of use, make this an in-demand product set with a receptive audience.
Initially utilise your existing networks and connect to key targets, and gain experience fast.

Direct B2B sales experience selling software or solutions
History of closing sales in the £50k to £100k+ range
Exposure to Data Quality solutions
Sound listening, negotiation, presentation and time-management skills

Experienced in the full sales life-cycle, from prospecting to close
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills experience to key stakeholders

Commission of 15% to 30% of sales revenue is paid upon customer payment, depending on product line. Products range from £1,800 to £7,200 revenue per seat per annum, with larger sales of the MDM solution in the £36,000 + revenue range.
Residual Commission Fees
5% of revenue paid by customers for licence renewals each year, payable during your tenure at WinPure.
