Green Motion is an innovative international car rental company offering a unique franchise.

They are recruiting for Remote Self-Employed Sales Consultants responsible for qualifying and generating new customers by introducing our client’s innovative leading-edge solutions to their business. You will be working to hit appointment and sales targets, developing interest into confirmed new customers. We need native speakers of Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and German as well as English to represent us in various countries.

You will be the first point of contact representing the company to all new prospects principally by a telephone-based approach. Following up from either email enquiries, telephone calls, social media interest, website chats or marketing campaigns.

Customers will largely be existing independent car rental operations or dealerships. Although they could be anybody interested in a profitable franchise. As the world emerges from restrictions, travel is increasing both nationally and internationally. The car rental industry is set for substantial growth. Capacity and competition have been cut. There is also a rising trend in preferring to rent to own. Our client’s CEO is one of the most dynamic entrepreneurs in the country with a leadership style that motivates a great loyalty for those in the organisation. The biggest largest players are inflexible and led by boards that were set up for an old way of doing things. Our client is entrepreneur/owner led and innovates and adjusts to changing market conditions, foreseeing the future. They have seen and prepared for changes long before their competition which is why they are now thriving and set for high growth.  This means that the franchise, you will be selling, now makes incredible investment sense as the market increasingly wants to rent cars.

Our client is already in over 50 countries with well over 500 locations and looking to double that before the end of the year.  We need people to introduce, promote and sell the idea of owning one of their car rental franchises with a leading brand and several unique selling propositions. The company is leading its competition with climate change initiatives and has state of the art technology employed. Customers can book on their phone and need not meet or talk to anyone before being directed to their car and having a smooth transition from arriving at a location and driving away.  Quite often franchises are sold to existing car rental operations or dealerships that have the advantage of converting their already ‘going concern’ to a large international brand. The benefits to them are substantial.

You will find most people you call will be interested, as it is an offer that saves and makes them money and adds quality to their business. In fact, this is set to explode. You have the chance to join and benefit at the start of this emerging trend.

Role:

  • Create awareness, build relationships, and generate sales opportunities mainly through outbound telephone selling e-mail, and zoom.
  • Generate new business contracts by pitching to senior decision makers and business owners qualifying their needs.
  • Adopt a consultative sales approach to show the benefits and potential returns that your services can offer to businesses.
  • Hit monthly targets for appointments and new customer sign ups.

You must have a fluent major language for the country you wish to sell in. Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese as well as English

No expert product knowledge is necessary for this role as the successful candidates will go through a structured and comprehensive training programme designed to give you all the knowledge necessary to be successful. We are looking for ambitious sales professionals focused on the long term with the positive attitude, determination, and commercial acumen to succeed working remotely.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 5 years sales experience
  • Business and entrepreneurial knowledge and attitude

  • Confidence with a positive attitude to listen and learn and a desire to work hard and hit targets / goals.
  • Self-discipline with our support and guidance to achieve high income.
  • A professional personality and demeanour

A native language speaker for the market chosen. Spanish, French, Italian, Germans as well as English. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, coupled with the motivation to build and grow a sales pipeline. The role will on occasion include client facing at trade or networking events and therefore we require a professional person in terms of presentation and communication.

Remuneration:
An average salesperson would be expected to make 20 appointments per month and to close at least one of them. Excellent salespeople will be much higher than this.

There are two financial elements to your remuneration. The first is designed to reward you whilst you build up a pipeline, familiarise and build what effectively is your own business in our network.  The second is where you have the potential for high income for closing sales.  We call these the opening advance and closing fees.

The Opening Advance Payment.
You will be paid for each appointment you make, with a qualified prospect, irrespective of result,

The Closing Payment
You will receive 10% of the franchise sales.  This could have a range depending on the size up to say Euros 100,000. These payments will also be split in relationship to how the customer pays.  They may for example pay more in return from spreading the payments over 12 months.

Clearly after a while you will have a pipeline, network and increasing enquiries generating from your original work. So, we suggest that the first quarter is one to get the message out to as many people as possible. Often the deal is right, but the timing is not. Plus, more businesses are now focusing on how to make more sales, profits, and investment.

We have designed the remuneration to be high income whilst covering short term cash flow.

Support:

Lead Generation
A list of prospective independent car rental operations with owner names and numbers will be provided in the country of your operations.

Sales Support Materials
Sales Scripts and Manual, Templated Emails, Presentation materials, Sales Processes, Sales Training, Opening script, answers to all expected objections, question, and comments.

Remuneration:
1. Appointment Fees

You will be paid £100 for every qualified appointment made.  You are expected to average 20 appointments per month after initial training and familiarity. You will always be near your next payment.

  1. New Franchisee Fees
    You will be paid 10% of each franchisee sales in line when we are paid by the franchisee. This may not all be on signing but an agreement made for a higher fee in return for a spread of payments. The minimum commission is fixed at £1,500 and this could be up to £10,000.  Also bear in mind some franchises will want to buy one town or region and the adjoining one.
  2. Starter Bonus
    For completing training and building a foundation the first 10 appointments you make you will be paid a one off £250.
  3. Performance Bonus.

For every month that you achieve 21 qualified appointments or more there will be a £500 bonus. This is in addition to the £100 for each one.

You can sell Country, Regional, and local franchises. A Master country or even regional franchise must be from someone that shows clear commitment to support the brand and open multiple branches.  A regional franchise would typically be around €50,000.
