1. Briskly walk for ten minutes before arriving at the interview process day. This will have the effect of waking you up and ensures your whole system alert and alive. It has also been proven to significantly reduce interview nerves.

Positive words have positive sounds and positive mental images associated with them. These in turn trigger positive feelings.

4. Remember a time that you felt very confident. Dwell on that time and the confidence will come back.
